These Terms form an agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and XeroScripts ("we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of the XeroShield website, dashboard, and anticheat services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services and must stop using them immediately.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and to respect all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not:
A violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, at our sole discretion, and may lead to legal action.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, identifiers, and credentials, and for all activity that takes place under your account, whether by you or by anyone to whom you gave access. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account secure, so please avoid sharing access whenever possible.
If you run a server that uses XeroShield, you are the controller of the personal data processed on your server and XeroScripts acts as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to use the anticheat and for informing the players on your server that their data (including identifiers, IP address, device identifiers, and detection evidence) is processed, for example in your server rules or connection information. You must not use the Services to deliberately collect sensitive or unlawful content.

XeroScripts provides anticheat services that help server owners improve the fairness, integrity, and security of their servers by detecting and addressing cheating in real time. As part of the Services, the anticheat runs code and performs checks on the device used to connect to a protected server. By using the Services, you consent to this code execution and monitoring for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating.
We may expand or modify the features of the Services from time to time to protect against current and emerging cheating methods. We may also limit certain features to verified customers or require additional verification, and we may decline verification at our discretion.
Where a lifetime license is offered, "lifetime" refers to the reasonable life expectancy of the Services as determined by XeroScripts, which may change, and it is not guaranteed to match the lifetime of any individual customer. Any complimentary support included with a lifetime license is provided for the period stated at purchase, after which additional support may be available for a fee.
All purchases are processed by our payment provider. By completing a purchase you receive a digital license that is delivered and activated immediately. We never receive or store your card details.
Refunds, chargebacks, and the limited cases where we do issue a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including without warning, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behaviour that could harm the integrity, security, or fairness of the Services.
For server owners: if your access is terminated or suspended, you will lose the ability to use XeroShield and any related services, which may affect your server. For players: if your access is restricted due to a breach of the rules, you may no longer be able to join servers protected by XeroShield.
Reinstatement after suspension or termination is at our sole discretion.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will detect or prevent every form of cheating. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XeroScripts and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. We will update the date above, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
