[email protected]If you have an account with us as a server owner, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your dashboard account and the personal data connected to it. To make a request, email [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord and describe what you need. To help us locate your data, include any identifiers that apply to you, such as your Discord ID, Steam ID, or FiveM license. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within 3 days, though a Discord ticket usually gets a faster reply.
If you are a player on a server that uses XeroShield, the owner of that server is responsible for your data as its controller, and you can contact them directly. Because this is an anticheat service, players cannot have their identifiers or ban records erased, since that data is required to keep bans in effect and removing it would undermine the protection we provide across every server.
